EESB delivers safe on-shore works in undertaking the full work scope of VDU starting from pin-pointing dig-up locations by GPS co-ordinates, dig-up supervision, plough back, find the correct pipe spool, identify and oversee peeling back of the damaged coating, take defects measurements, cleaning of repair surfaces for NDT works, prepare surfaces to appropriate surface preparations standards, coating repair & reinstatement to customers specifications to finished report for each job.
Sliplining of steel pipe for internal metal loss with no replacement of host pipe.
EESB uses Clock Spring® Repair Sleeve for composite repair for external pipeline having metal loss. The repairs are fast, economical and easy with no cutting or welding required. It is a repair which restores the serviceability of the pipe.
